About the event
Waters of the Peaks is a unique choral exhibition exploring the enduring relationship between water, ecology, people and the Peak District.
From hidden springs and peat bogs to rushing rivers, waterfalls, and reservoirs, this immersive performance traces the many ways water has shaped the landscape and those who call it home. Spanning over 900 years of music, the programme weaves together historic choral masterpieces, newly commissioned works, live electronics, short talks, and movement to create an unforgettable concert experience.
Join us as we follow the waters of the Peaks through stories of abundance, drought, flood, and everything in between.
