If you sing regularly in a classical choir and want to mix in something a little different, this is for you.
FaceNoise Singers is a group of amateur singers that meets on a project by project basis. Every project is designed to keep classical choral music looking forward through relevance, originality and the joy of group music making.
At its core Singers is a platform for discovering new repertoire and an opportunity to meaningfully contribute time and skill into this art form. The goal is not necessarily performance, but rather to provide a risk-free space for experimentation, to meet like-minded individuals and to give classical choral music a stronger pulse on this side of the Peaks.
Additionally, FaceNoise Singers will serve as the core group of singers who will sing for the Emerging Choral Artists during their choral direction training. This is a great way to see what a conductor actually does... or at least, what they should be doing.
